• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Educate clients and caregivers with age-appropriate information.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.
