Job summary

You will evaluate and re-evaluate patients, set goals, plan discharges, document findings, and teach learners while maintaining productivity and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed in Georgia and BLS or BLS Instructor certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implements and adjusts treatment plans based on current practices, documents progress, and ensures appropriate follow-up post-discharge.
• Performs patient evaluations, re-evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning, documenting findings and sharing with relevant team members.
• Provides a positive learning environment for observers, volunteers, students, and staff, supporting ongoing education and skill development.
• Maintains departmental productivity standards, proactively manages patient needs, and ensures timely documentation.
