Job summary

ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management in Toledo, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists by collecting patient information, processing applications, and maintaining patient records. You will work under supervision of a registered pharmacist across ProMedica Pharmacy sites.

Requirements include a high school diploma, Ohio or Michigan licensure as a Pharmacy Technician, and PTCB or ExCPT certification; preferred programs include pharmacy tech training and hospital/ambulatory

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Pharmacy Technician with Ohio Board of Pharmacy if working in Ohio.
Licensed Pharmacy Technician with Michigan Board of Pharmacy if working in Michigan.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT/NHA) exam permitted.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in completing applications, gathering patient information and maintaining patient records.
Work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and complete work for ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management sites.
