Job summary

ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management seeks a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists, gather patient information and maintain records. You will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and support multiple ProMedica Pharmacy sites.

Qualified candidates hold a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential (PTCB or ExCPT), with Ohio or Michigan licensure as applicable. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospital/ambulatory care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with Ohio Board of Pharmacy if working in Ohio.
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician with Michigan Board of Pharmacy if working in Michigan.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted).

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in completing applications, gathering patient information and maintaining patient records.
• Work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and complete work for any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site.
• Perform duties as assigned to support safe and efficient patient care.
