Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in acute care pharmacy.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) or higher; Pharm.D. preferred.
• MBA/MS or ASHP residency are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pharmacy department at Palmdale Regional Medical Center, overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
• Support medication safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement across pharmacy services.
