Responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and treatments according to professional standards (AOTA).
• Supervises assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality care.
• Participates in continuing education opportunities for self and staff.
• Engages in quality improvement processes and utilization reviews.
• Contributes to program development and marketing strategies for growth.
