Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT licensure and BLS certification required upon hire.
• Effective communication, customer service, teamwork and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan.
• Assesses patient goals and progress; revises plans with patient/family input.
• Documents evaluations and plans according to guidelines.
• Provides discharge instructions and referrals to community resources as appropriate.
• Collaborates with staff and physicians on rehabilitation services.
