Qualifications

• Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• PGY-1 residency and PGY-2 specialty residency in oncology preferred.
• BPS certification required within two years of start date.
• IV Certification within 90 days unless exempted.
• BLS certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Rounding with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
