Job summary

Progress West Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled OT in an acute care setting. The role focuses on evaluation and treatment with an emphasis on discharge planning and patient-centered care.

Qualification includes a Bachelor's degree in OT, with a Master's preferred, and active OT licensure. The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with a weekend/holiday rotation and sign-on bonus options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist.
• No Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment.
• Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients and families; referrals as needed.
• Delegates to assistants, techs, and students with clear supervision.
• Completes documentation in accordance with policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and consultations for Occupational Therapy Services.
