Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking an Occupational Therapist – Acute Care for a full-time day-shift role. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and optimize discharge.

A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required, with Wisconsin licensure upon hire and BLS within 3 months. Two years of relevant experience is preferred. A $4,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated) and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin required upon hire.
• BLS certification within 3 months required.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
