Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations of assigned patients.
• Plans and provides treatment to patients per standards of care.
• Coordinates patient care with the clinical team.
• Documents services per department standards.
• Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and standards.
• Monitors treatment activities of COTAs and aides.
• Supervises students after one year of experience.
