Treats patients of all ages with a variety of physical disabilities. Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintains accurate documentation of therapy services in the medical record. May supervise certified occupational therapy assistants, therapy techs, and students. Reports to the department Supervisor.

Graduate of Accredited Occupational Therapy Program (minimum Bachelor's degree)

Sufficient prior clinical experience in Occupational Therapy.
