Qualifications

• Completion of an NA training program may satisfy experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of patient/resident care under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the team.
• Assist with monitoring, documentation and discharge preparation.
• Serve as a preceptor to new NAs and assist with orientation.
