Qualifications

• Must have BCLS certification upon hire and/or transfer.
• Must complete de-escalation training by end of orientation (90 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamentals of nursing care under RN supervision following a plan of care.
• Assist with patient care, safety, and comfort during shifts.
