Job summary

Orlando Health invites newly graduated registered nurses to join the Centralized Staffing Office - Corporate Nurse Resident Team for a year-long residency. Candidates must have graduated within the year of an approved nursing program and hold a Florida RN license to begin the program.

Clinical exposure includes bedside care in acute hospital settings, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and ongoing preceptorship to support transition into professional practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate within the year of an approved nursing program.
• Must possess a Registered Nurse license to practice in Florida.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for certain areas.
• No prior RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor/leader.
• Develops and revises individualized plans of care.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Documents patient care meeting regulatory standards.
• Actively participates in Nurse Residency program and contributes to staff development.
