Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team for nights only. The ideal candidate will work autonomously with strong ICU physician collaboration and a manageable patient load.

This role requires ACNP certification and an active Texas NP license, with at least 2 years in acute or critical care. EPIC EMR experience and excellent clinical judgment are a plus.

Position Overview

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights

• Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)


• Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment


• Work autonomously alongside a well-established team


• Utilizes EPIC EMR system
