You will assess, plan, implement, and document individualized care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and educating patients and families on illness management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; RN license
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, ensuring safety and quality compliance
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations
