Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a 25-bed acute care unit, handling patients with complex conditions such as endocrine, cardiac, renal, infectious diseases, and blood disorders. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans while educating patients and families.

Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree and RN license; Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience.

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 25-bed acute care unit, managing patients with complex clinical conditions such as blood dyscrasias, endocrine disorders, heart and renal failure, and infectious diseases. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and education for patients and families. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, social workers, therapists, and pharmacists)is essential to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
