• Identifies and discriminates between physical and psycho-social signs and symptoms to guide nursing care.
• Develops, implements and evaluates the nursing regimen for assigned patients.
• Maintains nursing care plans and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
• Interprets and reports patient responses to health team members for coordinated care.
• Participates with interdisciplinary health team to plan comprehensive patient care.
• Provides teaching and guidance to allied nursing personnel in patient care.
