Barnes-Jewish Hospital's Unit 5200 Acute Care Medicine (South Campus) in St. Louis is seeking a dedicated RN for a full-time day shift. The 17-bed unit operates three 12-hour shifts weekly (7am–7pm) with every third weekend, delivering direct patient care and collaborative interdisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree is required.
• RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care and safety.
• Educates patients and families on illness management and home care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care.
