Community Hospital in the Grand Valley of Colorado seeks an Acute Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, on-site role in Palisade. You will join a busy, well-established team of physicians and advanced practice providers covering multiple acute care clinics with varied shifts.

Competitive hourly pay ($65–$69), relocation assistance if needed, CME support, and an employer‑matched retirement plan are offered.

Qualifications

• Masters or higher degree required.
• BE/BC preferred.
• Previous PA/NP acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a busy group of physicians and APPs covering multiple acute care clinics.
• Shift options include 4, 8, 10, and 12 hours.
