Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Acute Care - MedSurg unit on the 7pm–7am night shift. You will deliver evidence-based patient care within an interdisciplinary team and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Georgia, with required certifications upon hire.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care MedSurg setting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care respecting diversity.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Coordinate documentation and communication to support care delivery.
• Engage in performance improvement and adherence to safety standards.
