Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers bedside patient care in a hospital/observational setting under supervision.
• Assesses patient needs and develops plans of care.
• Respects diversity and advocates for patients and families.
• Functions as a preceptor, educator, and nurse clinician as assigned.
• Coordinates patient care and documents care in the medical record.
• Maintains competency and adheres to unit/department policies.
