Job summary

Atrium Health General Surgery Lincoln in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a two-physician and one APP team in a hybrid inpatient/outpatient general surgery role.

You'll split time between clinic and OR/inpatient care, with no nights or weekends and a schedule typical of 3 outpatient days and 2 inpatient/OR days, starting around 7:00 AM on hospital days.

Qualifications

• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Appropriate board certification for the role
• Eligible for or currently holds North Carolina licensure
• Interest in outpatient, inpatient, and OR responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support General Surgery clinic and inpatient care.
• Assist physicians in the operating room and perform office-based procedures.
• Collaborate with two physicians and one APP to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain a balanced hybrid inpatient/outpatient schedule without nights or on-call requirements.
