Job summary

Banner University Medical Center Tucson is seeking an inpatient Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Otolaryngology team. The role focuses on inpatient and ED consults, discharges, and follow-up consults, with potential outpatient duties depending on candidate interest.

Collaboration with residents, attendings, and nursing staff is essential. Minimum requirements include AZ license, ACNP board certification, DEA license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• AZ license required.
• ACNP Board Certification.
• DEA license.

• ENT/inpatient/surgical experience preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Primarily inpatient and ED consults, discharges, and follow-up consults.
• Answer pager for consults, clinical questions, and ENT care coordination.
• Coordinate patient care with residents, attending physicians, and nursing staff.
• Possible outpatient clinical component depending on candidate’s scope of service.
