Banner University Medical Center Tucson is seeking an inpatient Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Otolaryngology team. The role focuses on inpatient and ED consults, discharges, and follow-ups, with potential outpatient duties based on interest. Collaboration with residents, attending physicians, and nursing staff is central to care.

The ideal candidate holds AZ license, ACNP board certification, DEA license, and BLS; new grads are encouraged to apply. Workweek is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• AZ license, ACNP Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS certification required.
• ENT/inpatient/surgical field experience preferred; training & education provided.

Job description

Banner - University Medicine Tucson is seeking an inpatient Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing dynamic and team-focused Otolaryngology team at Banner University Medical Center Tucson the only accredited Level 1 Trauma Center serving the Southern Arizona community with exceptional patient care and empathy. The ideal candidate will be a team player, who works well in a collaborative environment coordinating patient care with residents, attending physicians, and nursing staff.

This position will primarily focus on inpatient and ED consults, discharges, and follow-up consults and will include answering the pager for consults, clinical questions, and otolaryngology care coordination. An outpatient clinical component is also possible depending on the candidates desire for a broader scope of service.

Minimum Requirements

• AZ license, ACNP Board Certification, DEA license, and BLS certification required.
• ENT/inpatient/surgical field experience is preferred, but training & education will be provided.
• New Grads are encouraged to apply!
