Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current licensure or ability to obtain Ohio Dietetics Licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
• Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessments and develop care plans per physician orders.
• Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in rounds.
• Document accurately in the medical record and monitor patient progress.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and program development.
