Job summary
Kindred Hospital San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee patient nutrition care and dietary management. This role involves collaborating with medical staff to support patients’ nutrition needs in a long-term acute care setting.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- License and/or certification from the State Licensing Board for Dietitians.
- Two years’ experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement nutrition care for patients per established standards.
- Conduct initial and reassessments on all admitted patients.
- Prescribe and monitor nutrition therapy tailored to individual needs.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to develop nutrition care plans.
