Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support RN-led patient care within the Acute Care unit. You will perform routine tasks under supervision, follow established procedures, and help ensure patient safety and comfort according to training and certification.

Responsibilities include vital signs, basic data collection, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care. Prior CNA experience and BLS are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certification per Oregon requirements.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire.
• Experience as CNA in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with patient care delivery within scope of CNA duties.
• Obtain and report vital signs and basic observations.
• Maintain patient safety and maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Document accurately and communicate clearly with care team.
