Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in patient care delivery under supervision.
• Document and relay messages accurately; report vital signs.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information.

• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team; participate in unit activities.
• Adhere to Kaiser Permanente policies, HIPAA, and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge appropriate to training and assigned tasks.
• Attend mandatory inservices related to patient care.
• Every other weekend shift is noted.
