Job summary

Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts - Central Campus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The CNA will assist licensed nursing staff with daily living activities, document care, and maintain a safe patient environment in a 47-bed critical care hospital.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, state-certified nursing assistant credentials, and BLS certification within six months. Acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of Nurse Aide experience or other relevant experience considered.
• Current, valid Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed nursing personnel in patient care and daily living activities.
• Document activities of daily living and maintain patient records.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment for patients.
• Recognize emergencies and respond appropriately.
