Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Acute Care Unit on the Day shift. You will provide direct patient care, assist with hygiene, mobility and monitoring, and support the surgical recovery process alongside RNs and the care team.

New competitive base wage starting at $20.50 per hour with a weekend differential of $2.25 per hour and an additional night shift differential of $5.00 per hour. Self-scheduling and a strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Montana CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in acute care or surgical unit preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and monitoring.
• Support patients pre- and post-operatively with comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Assist nursing staff with documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with care team on surgical recovery.
