Requires Florida RN license, BLS, and 1 year in acute care; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas. Day shifts, full-time with a 3-12 hour schedule are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and eligible for Florida RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for specialty areas.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute or critical care settings.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients requiring complex assessment and high-intensity interventions.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and life-support equipment; report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams for care plans.
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient education per standards.
• Prioritize patient needs and adapt plans with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient- and family-centered care and advocate for safety.
