Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) for Acute Care in Burn and Plastics Surgical Services. You will manage and coordinate patient care, supervise the nursing team, and ensure quality outcomes in a high-acuity unit within University Hospital.

Minimum requirements include a nursing degree from a CCNE/ACEN accredited program and current Ohio license or interim permit; experience in relevant care settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care to the patient and family, and direct nursing care provided by the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care in alignment with the professional practice model.
