Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse to manage and provide care to patients and families, and to direct nursing care across the patient care team in the Acute Care setting.

You will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care in alignment with the professional practice model, and collaborate with physicians to deliver team-based, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, delegate and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other team members.
• Contribute to patient care outcomes and family education.
