ACU-802 Air Conditioning Technician

The Opportunity:

• Perform periodic maintenance on the ACU-802 Series Air Conditioning/Heating units
• Conduct system checks and verify functionality of units in Pax River, MD and Jacksonville, FL
• Execute troubleshooting techniques for repairs
• Research materials and parts for procurement and system sustainment

Responsibilities:

• Review, track, plan, and execute maintenance plans and reports for each ACU-802 unit
• Travel to onsite locations for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance of AC and electrical components
• Develop and report monthly maintenance plans
• Conduct inventories and kitting for each unit and analyze material needs monthly
• Review, analyze, and create internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AC/Heating HVAC units
• Experience with inventory control processes
• Technical experience following SOPs and technical work instructions
• Willingness to travel for troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
• Experience briefing senior leadership on project status, schedules, and issues
• Ability to provide technical input for conflict resolution and troubleshooting

Desired:

• Certified HVAC technician
• Certified Electrician
• Secret Security Clearance
• Experience with ACU-802 Depot level support and training

Pay Range

Range: $51,800 - $106,200 USD. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
