A leading financial services firm is seeking a Senior Associate Actuary to analyze and price hybrid Long Term Care products. This role involves building pricing models, analyzing risk, and collaborating with teams to meet strategic pricing goals. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years in actuarial science, hold an FSA or ASA designation, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers a remote work arrangement and a competitive salary range of $108,501 - $195,900.

We’re excited to bring on a Senior Associate Actuary, Life & MoneyGuard Pricing to play an integral role in pricing & analyzing Lincoln’s hybrid Long Term Care portfolio of products. You will direct, develop and perform complex actuarial analysis to drive pricing decisions that meet diverse sets of profitability, risk and sales goals.

The pay range for this position is $108,501 - $195,900 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
