What you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in actuarial/business/analytics.
  • 8+ years of actuarial or analytical experience with ACAS credential for 3+ years, or FCAS credential with 6+ years of experience.

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools, etc.
  • Experience communicating complex analyses to leadership.
What sets you apart:

  • Experience with process improvement and workflow automation.
  • US military service or military spouse/domestic partner status.

Compensation range: $164,780 - $314,960. USAA does not sponsor visas for this role.
