Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced actuary to partner with risk owners and senior leaders. You will develop and apply actuarial models to evaluate risk, pricing, profitability, and markets, influencing strategic decisions across the enterprise.

The role typically requires 4+ years of experience, with pursuit of ACAS/ASA/CERA designations and ongoing continuing education. The base pay range is shown with incentive eligibility, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• 3–5 actuarial exams or online courses completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Builds actuarial assumptions and models using actuarial software and data visualization tools.
• Works with risk owners and senior management to identify, assess, and report significant enterprise risks.
• Prepares and presents reports to Executive Management and business partners on model results and risk metrics.
• Pursues actuarial designations (ACAS/ASA/CERA) and maintains continuing education credits.
