Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an actuarial analyst to analyze data, build pricing and reserving models, and support profitability initiatives in a healthcare context. You will perform scenario testing, deliver stakeholder-ready reports, and monitor trends to guide business decisions, while ensuring regulatory and professional compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or related field, 2 years of healthcare actuarial experience, and actuarial association eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related field (with a minimum GPA of 3.20)
• 2 years of experience in any actuarial role in the healthcare domain
• Experience with analyzing data using Python
• Working with big data and querying data using SQL code
• Advanced Excel Functions
• Must be an Associate of the Society of Actuaries
