Job summary

Aon is seeking a Managing Director or Senior Managing Director in the STG Actuarial Consulting group. Hybrid work locations include Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN or New York, NY with flexibility for other locations.

You will lead strategic actuarial analyses and build differentiated service offerings for insurers and reinsurers. The role emphasizes building client relationships with C-suite executives, expanding the advisory footprint, and delivering high-impact engagements across pricing,

Qualifications

• FCAS or equivalent casualty credential required.
• Typically 15+ years of analytics-centric experience in property/casualty insurance, reinsurance, or actuarial consulting.
• Demonstrated track record leading complex actuarial and strategic engagements for insurance or reinsurance clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales and client solutions with insurers and reinsurers.
• Act as a builder of services and solutions, developing new offerings and pricing approaches.
• Drive commercial growth and expand STG's advisory presence in target segments.
• Oversee delivery of complex actuarial advisory engagements across pricing, reserving, capital, and analytics.
• Mentor and develop team members and foster collaboration within STG and Aon.
