Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or closely related field by time of appointment.
• Proven potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring actuarial science.
• No more than two credentialing requirements toward SOA/CAS/other recognized society, with at least one completed in the previous three years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in courses relevant to undergraduate and Master’s Actuarial Science programs.
• Mentor students and engage in professional service.
• Engage in professional service and collaboration with faculty and the actuarial community.
