Pacific Life is seeking actuarial students for its rotation program in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC. The program rotates every 18–24 months to broaden experience across products and technologies.

If not near an office, relocation is required for a hybrid work schedule with four days in office. The program supports Fellowship progress with paid study time, expense reimbursement, and bonuses for passing exams.

Qualifications

• Pursue ASA/FSA credential through the Student Actuarial Rotation Program.
• Strong foundation in actuarial and financial concepts.
• Experience with actuarial models, financial analysis, or other quantitative tools and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Pursue ASA/FSA credential by participating in the Student Actuarial Rotation Program.
• Perform analyses to assess and manage risk for insurance and financial products & instruments.
• Advise business leaders on the economic and financial costs of risk and uncertainty.
• Use advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling analytics, and/or actuarial research to develop, test, and validate models.
