A leading management consulting firm seeks a Recruiting Lead to oversee recruitment for Actuarial practices in Chicago/NY. This hybrid role requires a presence in the office three days a week. Candidates should have over 8 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the actuarial or insurance industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. This position offers a competitive salary range of $126,000 to $168,000 plus performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Actuarial and/or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Executive search experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage lateral and Partner hiring for OW Actuarial practices.
• Utilize various channels for talent identification.
• Define skill sets and maintain recruitment quality standards.
• Manage external search firm relationships.
• Foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Facilitate effective onboarding processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations for recruitment improvements.
