Qualifications

• Market candidates to clients and drive opportunities with enthusiasm.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including compensation negotiations.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and clients.
• Attend industry actuarial meetings and alliance events.
• Support DW Simpson’s advertising efforts via social media.
• Keep up with industry trends and maintain detailed records in the ATS.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Actively recruit actuarial professionals on a daily basis.
• Serve as a strategic actuarial recruiter and advisor, deeply understanding candidates’ long-term and short-term interests and career trajectories. And also deeplyunderstanding our clients’ actuarial talent hiring needs while understanding their unique culture.
• Provide actuarial candidates and clients with a strong understanding of DW Simpson—how we work, what to expect, and what is expected, and our mission and philosophies as a firm.
• Work with clients to further cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Contact clients to secure new actuarial positions.
• Market actuarial candidates to clients or potential clients opportunistically.
• Execute, manage, and advise on the entire recruitment process and cycle from the start of the interviewing process to a successful hire, including the negotiation of compensation packages.
• Provide updates and non-updates to candidates and clients urgently and consistently.
• Attend industry actuarial meetings and alliance meetings.
• Actively engage and assist in driving DWS’ advertising efforts via social media.
• Actively keep up on industry trends.
• Daily detailed record keeping, utilizing DWS’ ATS system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of a 3.2/4.0 GPA
• 4-6 years of experience in sales or other client-facing roles with proven goals/tracking commensurate with the years of experience
