Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking an Actuarial Consultant for remote work to support pricing analytics across Property & Casualty portfolios. The role blends actuarial expertise with data analysis to design and maintain analytical frameworks, with a focus on pricing, regulatory filings and data mart development.

Qualified candidates will have 8+ actuarial exams and 8+ years in P&C pricing or filings, with cloud data ecosystem experience and strong programming skills in SQL/R/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master's in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics.
• Affiliation with IAI, IFOA, CAS or SOA with 8+ actuarial examinations.
• 8+ years of experience in P&C ratemaking, pricing or regulatory filings.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory environments and filing requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS analytics).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, SAS, SQL, R, Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain DataMarts for actuarial datasets (policy, claims, exposure, reinsurance).
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Perform independent research, analyze and present data for pricing initiatives.
• Support centralized Pricing Data Marts for scalable pricing analytics.
• Define data structures and feature libraries used for modeling and pricing.
• Ensure data governance, documentation and reproducibility of datasets.
• Support modernization of analytics via automation and data infrastructure improvements.

Actuarial Pricing - General Insurance - 4 To 7 Years - Remote

A leading global analytics and consulting organization is looking for an Actuarial Consultant to support the development of analytical frameworks that drive profitable growth across Property & Casualty insurance portfolios. The role combines actuarial expertise with data analysis to design, implement and maintain analytical frameworks, with a strong focus on pricing, regulatory filings and Pricing Data Mart development.

3. 46 years of experience in P&C ratemaking, pricing or regulatory filings.
4. Strong understanding of insurance regulatory environments and filing requirements.
5. Knowledge of General Insurance and P&C actuarial concepts is mandatory.
6. Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks or AWS analytics tools.
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, SAS, SQL, R, Python or other relevant data analysis and modelling tools.
