Job summary

North American Search Group seeks a pricing modeler to lead model development for pricing segmentation, loss costs, and customer acquisition. You will guide methodology, mentor junior modelers, and work with Product, Underwriting, and IT to deploy compliant pricing solutions.

You will maintain rigorous regulatory filings and documentation, ensuring alignment with state requirements and company policies while delivering actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• ACAS or FCAS certification required.
• Strong SQL and Python with modern modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Build complex predictive models for pricing segmentation, loss costs, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior modelers.
