Job summary

American National invites talented students to join its Summer Internship Program in Houston/League City, TX, for a learning‑focused 11‑week period beginning May 24, 2027, and ending August 6, 2027 (optional extension to Aug 13). The internship is paid hourly with a 37.5‑hour work week, Monday through Friday, and sits in Annuities Earnings Analysis.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college or university
• Passing of at least one SOA exam
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
• Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs
