American National Insurance Company is offering a Summer Internship Program designed to provide students with meaningful, real-world corporate experience and leadership exposure in actuary-related departments. The program runs May 24 through August 6, 2027, with an optional extension to August 13.

Interns work 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, onsite at League City, TX or other locations, and are paid hourly.

Competenze

• Pursuit of Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or similar quantitative degree.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Access.
• Programming skills in VBA, SQL, R, or Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Support real-world actuarial project work and testing.
• Contribute to model management and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on a schedule.
