Job summary

Trustmark's Actuarial Intern program offers a 10-week internship from June 7 to August 13, 2027 in Lake Forest, IL. The role blends in-office and remote work, with three days in the office (Tue–Thu) and two days remote, and housing provided for those living beyond 30 miles.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in pricing, experience analyses, and reporting under supervision across multiple associates in Small Business Benefits and Voluntary Benefits, building skills in Excel and MS Office, data

Responsibilities

• Prepare actuarial reports under supervision.
• Run Excel-based data collection and summarization programs.
• Assist actuaries in product analysis.
• Collaborate on group and individual projects.
• Review quarterly and annual statements.
• Support pricing, experience analysis, and forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
